About Us

Growing up as the son of a Master Gardener, landscaping and gardening have been in my life since childhood.  I went on to study Industrial Technology at Reedley College where I completed my first degree before going on to Fresno State University to study Horticulture and obtaining my Bachelor or Arts Degree in Agricultural Science in 1999.  

Upon graduation from Fresno State University I was recruited to become the General Manager of the Barstow Golf Club (Barstow, CA.) where I trained and became an accredited Golf Course Superintendent by the GCSAA (Golf Course Superintendents Association of America). While with the Barstow Golf Club my primary responsibilities included building and golf course construction and maintenance as well as design and maintenance of all golf courses and greens.  One of the larger projects I was tasked with completing during my stay was to retrofit the entire golf course with a brand new irrigation system.

One day one of the corporate managers of Mainscape, Inc., one of the nation’s largest landscaping companies, happened to be playing golf and was so impressed with Barstow Golf Club’s presentation that he courted me and ultimately recruited me as one of their Branch Managers.  My primary focus with Mainscape was to manage all landscaping operations for several military contracts in the states of California, Arizona, New Mexico & Nevada.  I was responsible for taking care of all of the bases landscaping including installation, irrigation and maintenance and was tasked with  hiring, training and maintaining a staff of between 40-60 landscapers to accomplish our mission.  I thoroughly enjoyed making the Military Service Personnel feel at home on their military installations and this continues to be my goal for my residential customers. 

My mission is to help my clients achieve a personally and professionally designed and maintained outdoor space that they can be proud of and enjoy sharing with family and friends whether through redesign or just a general cleaning up of their existing space.
